  7.                AT&T does not even offer this service.  MCI does,
  8.           but at a significantly higher cost.  Suppose you wish
  9.           to have tele-conferencing announcements or sales
  10.           meetings at a predetermined time.  You disseminate to
  11.           the participants the announcement as to the date and
  12.           time of the conference call.  And don't forget, this
  13.           can be live, or listen only, or any combination of the
  14.           two, just as in the dial out service.  All of the
  15.           callers will call in at the predetermined time, on an
  16.           800 number to hear the conference.  Again, up to 3,500
  17.           participants can be accepted.  The cost for this
  18.           program is also 35 cents per minute, per participant. 
  19.           No cancellation fee, no charge for unused lines.  The
  20.           same recording service is available if desired.
